Not all communication goes the way we imagined. What do you do when the conversation gets difficult? This course is designed for supervisors and managers dealing with difficult conversations at work.Attendees will learn about using positive intent, active listening, asking the right kind of questions to get to the heart of the matter. They'll also learn how to get to the root of the problem using the three F's, a process for framing their conversations, what environment is needed so that conversations don't get difficult, as well as how to create safety when speaking.
